Mark your calendars for January 11-13th, 2019. This is an event you don’t want to miss!
It’s NYE! And Beitthemeans will be back to ring it in! Joining them will be Captain & Maybelle, Vices of Vanity and a pre-party vinyl set by Edwin of Imperial Records in Gainesville! This will be Captain’s FIRST TIME ON STAGE SWALLOWING SWORDS since the infamous injury of Halloween! Be there to cheer him on and support his crazy love of danger!
Beitthmeans: Just when you thought Southern rock was said and done, along comes Beitthemeans, swaggering out from a dark shed somewhere deep in the pines of Sylacauga, Alabama. The name is fitting for a power trio that is all about boot straps, whether it’s pulling them up or using them to beat their way out of a smoldering genre that could benefit from a whipping or two. With swelling riffs, bluesy throwbacks and a lead singer with a screech that must be part owl, BITM certainly cracks the whip on Southern rock.
Captain & Maybelle: This dynamic duo is an amazing side show of record setting sword swallowing and more! In October, Captain was seriously injured while swallowing his 13th sword during a performance. This will be his first show since the injury!
Vice of Vanity: Vices of Vanity is Atlanta, Georgia’s kick ass female-fronted hard rock trio. The band formed in 2016 to offer something original to the cover-heavy ATL scene. The sound is a modern update of the old school vibe of Black Sabbath and AC/DC that recalls everything that’s great about rock music. The concept is simple: one guitar, bass, drums, and a seriously hot vocal are all it takes to rock the house.
